because i'm still in denial about summer being over...
beach bums...
we spent 5 glorious days at the beach. we swam, we napped, we got sand on every inch of our bodies. it was the greatest way i could think of to say farewell to summer... though i'm still absolutely in denial that summer is over!

one hot sweaty day spent with some of our favorite animal friends...

while in atlanta a few weeks ago we took a little day trip to stone mountain. it was hot, it was sticky, and it was a lot of fun. oh, and the view wasn't too shabby either! man, i miss that family of mine!
